Inner Alchemy Retreat

Hey girls,

I used to work in London (corporate girlie), and I felt like I “made it”, but internally, I struggled because I felt like I was constantly doing things to please people (parents/relatives) and to constantly maintain this image.

I had a few energy shifts and did some deep healing work and studied somatic therapy. Last year, took the leap of faith, quit my job and shifted back to Dubai to pursue this full time.

I am quite excited to announce the birth of the Inner Alchemy Retreat which will be held 14 -15 June ‘25

It will be a beautiful experience for those looking for some time to reflect, learn some self-healing techniques and start meditating.

I believe it takes more than one day, 5 days or 2 weeks to change your life, but I do think that it only takes a moment to experience an energy shift. I’m hoping you girls experience this shift during the retreat, build new connections and are able to start being happy taking things one step at a time.

Why you should join?

The WELLNESS STAYCATION RETREAT (details in the photos), will be a space to relax, recharge, and bond with like-minded women.

By enrolling in the program, I agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made as of the date listed below between Simran Rawtani, owner of Thumka (“Company”), and the undersigned client (“Client”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).

  1. ⁠ ⁠General Terms
    1. Client agrees to consult appropriate licensed medical professionals for all health-related questions or concerns before, during, or after participating in the program.
    2. Client shall pay the Company the agreed-upon program fees in AED.
    3. The Company reserves the right to engage subcontractors or third-party facilitators for the execution of services and program elements.
    4. The Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business or personal information exchanged during the course of this Agreement. Confidentiality obligations shall remain in effect for ten (10) years after the termination of this Agreement.
    5. Intellectual Property: All original materials provided by the Company remain the sole property of the Company. These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
    6. Disclaimer: While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, the Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes. Client acknowledges that results may vary and that success stories are not indicative of guaranteed results.
    7. The Company is not liable for decisions made by the Client based on program content or guidance.
    8. The Company is not acting as a licensed dietitian or medical professional. All wellness and nutrition-related information is general in nature and non-medical.
    9. The Company will serve solely as a facilitator and mentor within the scope of the program and will not diagnose, treat, or manage any health conditions.
    10. The Company does not provide:
      • Medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis
      • Medical nutrition therapy
      • Physical therapy or exercise prescription
      • Counseling or psychotherapy
    11. The Client agrees to consult their own licensed healthcare provider before making any dietary, physical, or lifestyle changes based on information provided in the program.
    12. The Company does not provide individualized analysis of medical test results but may offer general educational guidance.
    13. Participation in the program is voluntary and at the Client’s own risk. The Client acknowledges the inherent risks involved with any wellness, dietary, or physical changes.
    14. The Client agrees to release and hold harmless the Company from any liability resulting from injuries, health complications, or damages sustained during the program.
    15. The Parties agree not to make disparaging, defamatory, or false statements about one another during or after the term of this Agreement.
    16. The Client agrees to release the Company from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, whether in law or equity, arising from this Agreement.
    17. No warranty is provided, either expressed or implied, regarding the results of participating in the program.
    18. This Agreement may not be transferred or assigned to another party without prior written consent from the Company.
    19. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
    20. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements relating to the subject matter herein.
    21. Payment Terms:
      • If the Client has purchased the Sisterhood Suite, a total payment of AED 1000 is payable to Thumka.
      • If the Client has purchased the Private Pod, a total payment of AED 1200 is payable to Thumka.
    22. Program Inclusions:
      The Inner Alchemy Retreat is valid for the specific retreat date selected by the Client at the time of registration. The program includes:
      • Private room in shared accommodation (for Private Pod) or shared room (for Sisterhood Suite)
      • Sound healing
      • Guided meditation
      • Somatic yoga
  2. ⁠Retreat-Specific Terms
    1. Booking & Refund Policy:
      • All bookings are non-refundable.
      • If cancellation is communicated with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, the amount may be credited toward a future retreat hosted by Thumka.
    2. Health & Safety Disclaimer:
      • The Company (Thumka) shall not be held responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or medical incidents occurring during the retreat.
      • Participation is at the Client’s own risk and discretion.
    3. Allergies & Special Requirements:
      • Clients must inform the Company in advance of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or other relevant medical conditions to allow for appropriate accommodations.
